After I had created the character of Carrotina for the book THE CHOCOLATE CLOUDS I met my old kindergarden friend Catharina Maier. She enjoyed the character of Carrotina so much that she crocheted her own version and created a bookmark as well. The work is fantastic and really cute. I got so excited about her idea that we agreed to put the instructions on how to crochet the bookmark in the back of the book. So those of you who enjoy crocheting will be able to recreate Carrotina once the book comes out.
